Restoration of the Atlantic Forest: An Opportunity for Transformation

The Atlantic Forest, once one of the richest and most vibrant biodiversity hotspots on the planet, now retains only 12% of its original forest cover.

Over the centuries, activities such as urban expansion, agriculture, logging, mining, and more recently, intensive livestock farming, have devastated vast areas of this biome, degrading the soil and compromising its ecosystem services.

Restoration, therefore, represents a transformative opportunity for landowners: to revitalize degraded areas, generate sustainable income, and directly contribute to the recovery and resilience of this essential ecosystem.

OUR DREAM

To connect 4 parks and reserves in the region with ecological corridors, restoring a global biodiversity hotspot.

Territorial development begins with communities

We believe in the power of communities and see the environment as a unity between nature, humans, and animals. In this way, holistic development must be done together. Even before each project begins, we conduct a social assessment and pay special attention to local communities.
